Interesting article by Barrie North and Jen Kramer about Adobes latest product, Muse. Not as good as it seems, since it only spits out static webpages with a lot of unneccesary javascript and code.

One more proof that good html-code cannot be generated by a software program and needs a skilled developer.

Show your web design in a conveniant way:

While searching for a good way of presenting my webdesigns to customers I found this free tool, with a hard-to-remember name, Recurse.

I often had difficulties showing designs i a smooth way on a 1:1 scale, without all the fuzz around when using for example Picasa. This simple tool makes your web design look like a real website, even if it only is a jpg. It shows up in a browser where you even can add a background image just like in a css. No more problems with images rescaling to fit your screen.

Your customer can leave feedback on the design and create annotations directly on the images.

One missing feature which would be nice to have though: creating clickable areas in the image.
